The exceptional Rocca 3STAR Adna Red!
A true star from the 3STAR Breeding Program!
A true pleasure for the eyes, that was Rocca 3STAR Adna Red immediately after her birth. Also as a maiden heifer we could already enjoy the pictures made of this Mr Blondin Warrior-Red granddaughter of HC Archrival Arianne VG-89. And after the snapshots of Adna, her owners knew she would stole the heart of many Red Holstein breeders. Adna Red is now in her second lactation, photographed and also recently reclassified.
For the 3STAR Breeding Program, her dam Ups K&L Adeena RDC, a direct Cycle Mcgucci Jordy daughter from HC Archrival Arianne VG-89, was flushed with the red type sire Mr Blondin Warrior-Red. This resulted in the birth of three full sisters, including Rocca 3STAR Adna-Red, which was the R&W gPTAT leader of all tested Warrior-Red daughters in Europe for a long period of time.
Adna-Red is owned by the Belgian breeder Roccafarm Holsteins and GenHotel. After the birth of this red 'Adeen', she was genomic tested in America, where she ended up with great indexes for type. With her current +3.31 gPTAT, +2.08 UDC & +2.06 F&L, Adna-Red is currently the number 5 PTAT Warrior-Red in Europe. Not entirely unexpected, because her granddam HC Archrival Arianne VG-89 is the former number 1 PTAT in Europe and knows how to pass on this to the next generations.
Foundation dam MS Kingstead Chief Adeen EX-94, with more than 50 direct excellent daughters, has produced numerous female offspring, which have profiled themselves at many major shows. Such as her Atwood daughter BVK Atwood Arianna EX-94, 1st 2-yr-old at the WDE 2013, BVK Sanchez Auburn EX-94 the Grand Champion of the Atantic Spring Show 2014 and All-American Jr 2-yr 2003 winner Amlaird Lee Alice EX-94.

Because of the great potential of Adna-Red, she was also flushed with a popular, red type sire namely STGen Doral-Red. Three females were born, including Roccafarm 3STAR Adoree Red, the current #10 Doral-Red gPTAT daughter of Europe. As a young heifer, Adna-Red received a score of VG-85 with VG-87 MS in Wallonia. Last April, the Warrior-Red calved again and developped well, which brought her recent classification to a higher level. She increased her score to VG-89 with VG-89 MS! With this impressive maximum score, Adna-Red is the highest scored Warrior-Red in Belgium and the Netherlands. Adna's 305-days production is projected at 12,755 kgsM with 4.08% fat and 3.51% protein.
