Rose RDC's major influence at Sudena Holsteins
Six direct daughters of Rose RDC VG-89 were scored
At Sudena Holsteins, home of the well-known brood cow De Oosterhof DG Rose RDC VG-89, the classification of a group of 2-yr-old heifers recently occured. With more than 70 direct offspring, Rose RDC her empire has expanded enormously since her arrival in the herd of the Mensink family. This great influence is also visible in the list of results, where no less than six direct daughters can be found!
The highest score among the milking heifers was therefore for a direct daughter from the VG-89 EDG Rubicon, namely Sudena Rosalinde RDC. The Trent-Way-Js Ronald RDC daughter, which calved in November, was awarded with VG-87 and even VG-88 for her mammary! Her maternal sister by Delta Floris received a well deserved score of VG-86. Sudena Rimke VG-86 is also the only Floris daughter of Rose RDC VG-89.
Sudena Romee RDC, Bentehoek Andy Red x Rose RDC, is one out of a total of five Andy Red daughters. Four of them are in lactation and are scored now! Of these four, Romee RDC and her full sister Sudena Rowena RDC are classified VG-85. The average of these four full sisters came to 84 points. The average score of the six direct Rose daughters classified this day resulted in 84.8 points.
Rose RDC VG-89 has several special descendants. For example direct sons such as the number 11 progeny proven ICO sire Vekis Risk (by Salvatore RDC) and Spark-Red son Sudena Safari Red, which ended up in the top 5 R&W gISET for no less than six proofs in a row. And also great daughters, like Quatropoint K&L SW Roseanne VG-85 (by Swingman Red), whose daughters have been contracted by Swiss Genetics, and of course her worldwide known Salvatore RDC daughter Lakeside Ups Red Range VG-86, with 16 sons in AI and Red Impact Cow of the Year 2021.

Also from the Golden-Oaks Mark Prudence EX-95 cow family, but from the Sudena Paula/Holbra Petra EX-90 branch, descendant Sudena Lieke 5 was classified as well. Via Surefire x Big Winner x Even x Shottle, this first calver Walnutlawn Sidekick descends from Holbra Petra EX-90, the Morty great-grand-daughter of foundation dam Prudence. Lieke 5 is just fresh, but already good for a total score of VG-85. Petra EX-90, born at Holbra Holsteins, is a maternal sister to the daughter proven sire Holbra AltaSpot and the well-known brood cow Holbra Mascol Pam VG-87.

From the homebred Sudena Lena family, Mensink bred a red carrier Koepon Random daughter. This Sudena Lena 302 calved in November and is projected at 12.305 kgsM with 4.20% fat and 3.58% protein. She ended the classification visit with a score of VG-86, her Feet & Legs got a great score of VG-87.
