National reserve champion wins another major title
Willem's-Hoeve Jmw Applause 26 won another title at the Avondbloesemshow last Friday, following up her national reserve title from November. The 2-yr-old, owned by Metz, Nuij, and De Jong (Willem's-Hoeve Holsteins), has already a great show career that has only just begun.
In September 2023, the Moovin *RC great-granddaughter of KHW Regiment Apple-Red EX-96 freshened for the first time, and just seven weeks later, Applause 26 became the Reserve Champion Red & White at the Holland Holstein Show. Followed by acieving a maximum VG-89 2-yr-old score in December. Despite being in milk for seven months, she was still in excellent condition and managed to win again at the annual Avondbloesemshow last Friday.
In a thrilling competition within her class, Willem's-Hoeve Jmw Applause 26 was recognized as having the best udder in the group. During the Junior Championship, where the best of the three classes battled it out for prizes, the VG-89 Moovin *RC impressed the judges enough to be crowned as Junior Champion.
