Christina Red, a very fancy red Crimson descendant!
3STAR Christina Red (Ranger-Red x Moovin RDC)
The American Larcrest Crimson EX-94 cow family has caused a lot of international excitement in recent decades due to both the top daughterproven bulls, which have been delivered worldwide, and the many great female offspring. 3STAR Christina Red is a beautiful 3STAR OH Ranger-Red daughter from this very successful cow family and was recently pictured at Ritmaster Holsteins.
Her dam, Lindenright Moovin RDC daughter 3STAR Cimona RDC VG-88, ended up as an embryo via the 3STAR Embryo Program with top conformation breeders VOF de Bruin in the Netherlands. As a calf, she was already one of the barn favourites of the De Bruin family and during the participation in the Jongvee Show Hoornaar 2021, this silky black heifer became Reserve Champion Junior Heifers. At the end of last year, the sublime uddered daughter of K&L King Doc Ciracha VG-85 calved at 2.03 years old and in her first lactation she produced a lot of milk and has developed fantastically.
Ranger-Red is the absolute top bull worldwide for Red Holstein and has therefore been in the international spotlight for several years now. His high genomic sons are now also available at various AI organisations and are frequently used as sires of bulls, both in the red-and-white and black-and-white breeding programs.
The beautifully balanced Christina Red is now one year old and will soon be flushed. With +2.57 PTAT she is one of the highest type Ranger-Red daughters worldwide, with a great pedigree and A2A2 beta-casein.
