At VenDairy Holsteins, the Van de Ven family in The Netherlands, is recently scored the very fancy and well balanced VenDairy Jasmin 4, VG-88 and VG-88 udder. Jasmin 4 is a daughter of the proven sire Edg Bob Cyprus 15120 (Bob x Numero Uno) and is producing very persistent. She is projected now (305 days) 10.330 kgs milk with 4.00% fat and 3.50% eiwit, 19% over herdaverage. Her dam WEH Jasmin VG-86 is a high producing Seagull-Bay Supersire daughter out of the legendary Rilara Mars Las Ravena EX-91 family, supplier of numerous proven bulls including Roylane Socra Robust, Westenrade AltaSpring, Jobess, Genesis, S-S-I Snowman Mayflower, Montross Duke and Montross Jedi.
Also at Van Der Eijk Holsteins in the Netherlands a milking 2-year-old heifer is scored VG-88 with VG-88 mammary: HAM Hulapalu, a Toc-Farm Fitz daughter out of the German HAM Hawai EX-94 family. Hawai is an incredible show cow, the Grand Champion Tarmstedt 2008 and Senior Champion Schau Der Besten 2010. Hulapalu, Reserve Junior Champion Vaarzen in Opmeer this year, is owned by Van Der Eijk and Jan Aalberts and purchased as a heifer at the VOST Select Sale 5.
