Schuit Sofie adds another victory to the Carf Emeraude family!
Schuit Sofie (Chief x EX-92 Doorman x Carf Emeraude EX-91)
The number of descendants of the well-known French/Dutch cow Carf Emeraude EX-91 at Schuit Holsteins has significantly increased in recent years thanks to strategic investments. This successful line of show cows continues to excel at various dairy shows throughout Europe. Just last Saturday at the Landbouwshow in Opmeer (NL), one of the youngest descendants, Schuit Sofie, claimed a prestigious title.
Sofie's performance is no coincidence as she is a granddaughter of the famous Goldwyn Emaraude. The well-developed six-month-old Sofie was acquired by Pieter Schuit as an embryo and is one of the few daughters sired by Chief directly out of the showdiva JK Eder DG Esmeralda EX-92 The judge, Adrion van Beek (De Rith Holsteins), named Sofie the Reserve Junior heifer Champion of this Dutch local show.
