Another show success for Artist daughter P.R. Darlina 2!

After a strong debut during the Fokveedag Hoornaar of 2022, the now second calver Stone-Front Artist daughter P.R. Darlina 2 once again managed to attract the attention of the judge. The VG-89 classified Artist from the HBC Goldwyn Daydream EX-91/Snow-N Denises Dellia EX-95 family managed to reach the finals of the Intermediate Class at the recently held Fokveedag Hoornaar 2023.
As a milking 2-yr-old, P.R. Darlina 2, bred by Piet van Rees (PR Holsteins), made her strong debut last year at the Fokveedag Hoornaar, where she managed to win 1st place in her class. After having calved again in January 2023 and then increasing her score from VG-88 to VG-89 in March, the time recently came for this Artist daughter to shine again at the 2023 edition of this show. A great performance, because after a strong achievement in her class, Darlina 2 VG-89 managed to reach the finals of the B&W Intermediate Championship and was named Honorable Mention!
The Daydream branch, from which this Artist daughter hails, has a long and successful career when it comes to competing in dairy shows. For example, dam PR Darlina EX-90 (Webb-Vue Spark 2060) has been successful several times in the show rings and the EX-90 scoring Mountfield Ssi Dcy Mogul granddam PR Darla made it to a first place and best udder in the Intermediate category at the National HHH Show in 2019. You can also know the fourth dam, Future Dream H. Darina EX-90 (by Snowman), by her participation in the European Championship in Colmar 2016. One generation further in this pedigree we find to the B&W Junior-2-yr-old Champion of the NRM 2012, namely the EX-91 Goldwyn daughter HBC Goldwyn Daydream. Her dam, HBC Daydream VG-89, is the maternal-sister of the dam of perhaps Europe's most famous show diva: DH Goldchip Darling EX-96!
