K&L OH Mabel, great impact in top TPI females Europe
In September, several females from GenHotel members received American genomic results. The following calves are listed in the top 100 gTPI in Europe this month:
► 3STAR DS Mylou; with 3218 gTPI and 1110 NM$ the number 1 Claynook Casting daughter in Europe. Her dam is the very recently calved 3STAR OH DK Marielou, with 3126 gTPI and 1020 NM$ also the number 1 daughter in Europe of daughterproven sire Sandy-Valley R Conway. Via a Silverridge Einstein she goes back to the great brood cow K&L OH Mabel, which has several sons and grandsons at international AIs.
► Dykster 3STAR Metilou is a half-sister of Mylou and her sire is Danhof-HH Metcalf. With 3126 gTPI and 1085 NM she is the highest Metcalf this month, with an almost flawless linear.
► The first daughters of Ladys-Manor Smoke Owen have now also had genomic results. With 3125 gTPI and 1017 NM, 3STAR OH Lidewei is the highest-ranked Owen daughter in Europe. She comes from the Golden-Oaks Mark Prudence EX-95 family, which has produced several top proven bulls, including Topstone and Ranger-Red.
► The highest red-and-white of all females tested in Europe in September is (as far as known) Koepon Redlea Range 376 Red, a daughter of STGen Redlea RDC with 3054 gTPI and 1112 NM, of course from the well-known Red Range-Red VG-86 family.
