Aaltje 149, Grand Champion Steefkerk

Schouten Holsteins was very successful at the annual Dairy Show in Streefkerk, the Netherlands, last Saturday. In the milking heifer class Bons-Holsteins Aaltje 149 was the Champion. Additionally she was honored as the Grand Champion of the Dairy Show.

Aaltje 149 VG-88 (VG-88 MS) is a very fancy Gold Chip grandgranddaughter of Bons-Holsteins Aaltje 49 EX-91 (s. Starleader), 4 times National Champion in the Netherlands. Aaltje 149, owned by Schouten & Bons-Holsteins, was earlier this year the Reserve Junior Champion at the National Show in Zwolle.
