New ranking NVI published!
New NVI genomics been published of females in the Netherlands and Flanders. With those new genomics there's a new 'Top gNV list'! The number one of the black and white gNVI list is leading with 460 gNVI and the second young heifer scores 443 gNVI. With these gNVI's the black and white genomics breeding has made an amazing spurt. The top of red and white starts with a gNVI of 454. From this Top 25 Red Holstein most heifers are sired by Jacuzzi-Red. Jacuzzi-Red is also present as sire of some of the top black and white heifers, but the diversity of used sires in Holstein is much bigger.
In those lists are, again, some young heifers of GenHotel members placed. The first we come across in the red and white list is Caudumer LOL 442 Red, which is placed 10th with 430 gNVI. This Jacuzzi x Esperanto is bred and owned by Caudumer Holsteins, by the Haytema family. Lol 442 Red is not only high on NVI but her German genomics of 158 gRZG and 127 'Fundament' are also excellent. The Caudumer Lol family is well-known in Europe. The list is following with on place 13 Sanderij RIVA'S SMILE 1 Red. Riva's Smile 1 (Jacuzzi-Red x Riverboy RF) is a heifer with 424 gNVI, bred by De Sanderij and now owned by Bouw Holsteins. She tests high on fat percentage in both Germany and The Netherlands. Riva's Smile 1 is from the famous Appina Massia family and therefore she has a lot of interest. The list continues on the 15th place with Caudumer LOL 434 P Red with a gNVI of 423. This Jacuzzi daughter is not only red, but she's also polled! Her combination of high gNVI and polled makes her the highest polled heifer based on gNVI in this list. Lol 434 belongs to Caudumer Holsteins. Following Lol 434 at 16th position in the red and white NVI list is K&L RM MARITH Red. She's a Jacuzzi-Red x Nuance RDC with 423 gNVI. Not only her gNVI is great, but also her genomic longevity of 1017 is stunning! We also have to mention her German genomics, because with 158 gRZG she is also ranking high! Marith Red is in ownership of Ritmaster Holsteins and GenHotel, who bought her 3rd dam, Willem's Hoeve Marcia P RDC VG-86, as young heifer at the GenHotel Selection Sale.

First heifer in the black and white top gNVI list we come across is Poppe SIMONE RDC (Yoda x Mission P RDC), she's placed 10th with 433 gNVI! Simone RDC is in ownership of Poppe Holsteins and ranks not only great in The Netherlands, but also in Germany with an amazing 152 gRZG. From Simone's family are multiple female and male animals which score high on genomics. This family also marks on high production with great components! RHALA EX BLACKROSE RDC follows in the list. She has been sold last VOSt Select Sale to GenHotel and Poppe Holsteins. Before the sale Blackrose RDC was owned by Rhala Holsteins and Excellent Genetics. With also a gNVI of 433 she comes next on place 11. The black and white gNVI list continous with on place 16 De Oosterhof K&L MIRACLE (Kenobi x Rubi Agronaut). On the Dutch basis her genomics are fantastic (428 gNVI), but she's also on German and US basis in the top: 165 gRZG and 2792 gTPI. Miracle has an wonderfull American pedigree, her matriarch is Seagull-Bay Oman Mirror. Dam of Miracle tests 154 gRZG and 2693 gTPI.
