With the new index run of December 2023, in addition to numerous new bulls in the top lists, many new high heifer calves also have set their place in the top100 gNVI rankings! For GenHotel and its members a very successful proof run now that the number 1 for both Red Holstein and Holstein come from the 3STAR Breeding program!

At least 20-25% of the female top 100 gNVI contains calves that come from the 3STAR Breeding Program, whether or not jointly owned with Dutch top breeders! The new number 1 black & white is 3STAR Marilse (Figaro x AltaZazzle), a great-granddaughter of the multiple bull dam Pen-Col Superhero Mistral EX-91 with 432 gNVI / 804 LVD / 500 INET owned by GenHotel. This makes her the inevitable number 1 with no less than 17 points more than the joint number 2 Black & White - De Oosterhof 3STAR Marlien (Powerstar x AltaZazzle) - with 415 gNVI. In addition to the astounding NVI score, Marilse's impressive gTPI result of 3122 gTPI / 6.1 PL / 1117 NM$ also recently came in. This makes this Mistral offspring the number 1 Figaro in Europe and can also be found in the European top 100 gTPI female [Click here]!

From the herd of Koepon Genetics the highest polled (also red carrier) can be found in 6th place in the list: Koepon Skat Classy 526 P RDC, a Skat P RDC daughter with 413 gNVI (158 gRZG). The collaboration between Dykster Holsteins and GenHotel is one of the main suppliers in the list with 7 listings! Of these, highest ranked at place 8 with 409 gNVI is OCD Parfect Soysauce daughter 3STAR Dykster Albetty BB/A2A2 backed by the Snow-N Denises Dellia EX-95 family. She also tests very high in the German, American and French systems! Shortly afterwards we find, also with 409 gNVI, Poppe Girona which brings in a remarkable pedigree for gNVI with Wendat x King Doc x VG-87 Gymnast. Girona descends from the top breeding and producing KHE I'm Good VG-87 - granddam of Poppe 3STAR Manitu @VOST. Further down the list with 369 gNVI is the just freshened Beeze Oldleus Maryam from Beeze- and Oldleus Holsteins. The Gladius daughter hails via Gymnast x Shep out of the well-known multiple bull dam NH HS Marilyn Monroe VG-86.

On a red-and-white basis, Poppe 3STAR Lady Gaga P Red steals the show. The 479 gNVI/1320 LVD testing Skat P RDC is the 'overall' number 1 and is also polled! The granddaughter of three-time bull dam Poppe K&L Gorgina and granddaughter of the before mentioned I'm Good VG-87 also tests 162 gRZG and 130 gRZE and has a bright future ahead! From another promising cow family, namely that of KHW Goldwyn Aiko RDC EX-91, Poppe and GenHotel bred Poppe 3STAR Ann Red (4th position).
The genetics of Koepon Genetics are very well represented in the red-and-white list (10x), due to the huge influence of Red Range VG-86. Highest ranked from this herd is Koepon Fred Range 277 P Red (Fred Red P x Star P RDC) with 407 gNVI/625 gINET/961 LVD. Her granddam is multiple bull dam Koepon Altuve Range 7 RDC VG-87 and produced three full brothers of Range 277 P Red's dam for AI, including Koepon Sideshow-P-Red @Genex. In addition to her sky-high gNVI, the Fred Red P also tests 159 gRZG and 2768 gTPI which gives her many international opportunity!

For the combination Schuit Holsteins & GenHotel, the Wilder M family offered access to the top red-and-white NVI list. In 5th place in the list is Schuit 3STAR Madie Red, a Shout RDC x Saltasire RDC with 412 gNVI/ 1170 LVD that goes back to Wilder Mond VG-87.
With Groenibo 3STAR Maggilee Red owned by Groenibo Holsteins, De Oosterhof and GenHotel, the Gold-N-Oaks Morty Malibu EX-94 cow family is also strongly represented in the red-and-white list. In addition to 154 gRZG, the red-and-white Boero RF granddaughter of brood cow Tirsvad K&L Riveting Magnolia GP-84 also tests 405 gNVI with very high levels in both profiles. Arjan Roubos bred the highest Rammstein-Red daughter on both RZG and NVI basis, namely RH Ramst Aimey Red which goes back to KHW Goldwyn Aiko RDC EX-91. With her grandiose RZG of 166 and 399 gNVI she belongs to the absolute top of Europe! VMO Holsteins also competes in the top with VMO Klaske Red, a Sega P RDC that descends from Wilder Kalibra RDC VG-88 (by Battlecry). Her genomics profile shows 391 gNVI and 154 gRZG paired with a lot of milk and very high longevity. From the well-known cow family of Zandenburg Holsteins, namely the Fabiola's, comes the 2633 gTPI and 380 gNVI scoring Red Rocks Mask Red daughter Zandenburg Mask Fabiola Red.
