Dutch EC selection completed
The selection of the Dutch team for the All-European Championship on April 12 & 13 in Libramont, Belgium is completed. In total 22 females have been selected, 15 Holstein and 7 Red Holstein. At GenHotel member Drouner Holsteins, the Albring family in Drouwenermond, two 2-yr-olds are selected, both from great, proven US cow families.
► Drouner Cosmo 1446 is a fancy Stantons High Octane daughter, now 6 weeks in milk. Her dam is the renown Drouner Ajdh Cosmo EX-90 (s. Mogul), Junior Champion at the HHH-Show 2015 and Intermediate Honorable Mention at the HHH-Show 2017. Granddam of Mogul Cosmo is the tremendous brood cow Larcrest Cosmopolitan VG-87 (s. Shottle).
► The Red & White Coyne-Farms Sympati Pat-Red daughter Drouner Aiko 1445 Red descents from the KHW Goldwyn Aiko RDC EX-91 family. She is 2,5 months after calving and looks very promising. Her red Born P RDC son is already at the German AI-stud VOST. Aiko 1445 is a daughter of Drouner Ajdh Aiko 1288 EX-90, the very fancy Ladys-Manor Olympian RDC dochter, already Grand Champion at the Rundvee Show Noord as a 2-yr-old. Goldwyn Aiko is the maternal sister of the phenomenal show cow KHW Regiment Apple-Red EX-96, the Grand Champion Red Holstein at the World Dairy Expo 2011.
► Also from the Aiko family and selected for the European Show is Bolleholster Adele, the Go-Farm Pitbull RDC daughter of the Van der Eijk in The Netherlands. Adele is bred by GenHotel member Bolleholster Holsteins and was as a heifer Reserve Champion at the Veekeuring Noord-Friesland. Her dam is RR KHW Real Aiko RDC VG-86, a high producing Hurtgen-Vue Reality-Red daughter of KHW Goldwyn Aiko RDC EX-91.
