New at the site to Apina Holsteins are Apina Massia 246 RDC and her daughter Apina Massia 260 Red who hail from the Apina Massia 21 EX-90 family.
Let’s start with Massia 260 Red. She is a +257 GNVI Effort daughter. Her breeding values show a high production, great udders and very good health traits. Her red carrier dam might even be “hotter” as she is the #1 Solero daughter @ +256 GNVI (almost +300 GNVI on R&W basis). Massia 246 is classified VG-87 and projected at nearly 11.000 kg of milk with 4.62% fat and 3.57% protein.

Where do these genes come from? Off course, the Massia family. The dam to Massia 246, and thus the granddam to Massia 260, is Apina Massia 172 RDC VG-87. This great cow is one of the best O Man daughters in the Netherlands and still the #2 O Man for GNVI. Next dam is Apina Massia 61 VG-85, a full sister to the proven bull Apina Curtis (Kian x Apina Massia 21 EX-90).
