Three major milestones at Zwanebloem Holsteins

At the Belgian dairy farm Zwanebloem Holsteins, two dairy cows that were purchased from Newhouse Holsteins, reached a major milestone by producing 100,000kgM during their lifetime. In addition, another cow from the Newhouse stable and moved to Belgium also achieved a production of 10,000 kg of fat + protein.

One of the cows, a 9-year-old Delta Bookem Danno daughter named Newhouse Ingrid 492, reached the 100,000kgM mark in 2235 days with a total production of 101,458kgM. Another cow, Newhouse Sneeker 661 (by Clever), achieved a lifetime production of 101,189kgM in 2568 days. Both cows scored GP-83 as young cows.

Moreover, a cow from the same Sneeker cow family, the flagship family of the Newhouse herd, reached the 10,000kg fat + protein level under the guardiance of the Masscheleyn family. Sneeker 548 RDC, a VG-85 Delta G-Force daughter who is 12 years old, produced 125,457kgM with 4.49% fat and 3.73% protein. She bred the De-Su Penley daughter Newhouse Sneeker 733 RDC, who is the dam of Newhouse Jayvano RF at  CRV. This bull made his debut in April 2020 as a highly ranked bull for gNVI for quite some time. Impressive, especially in times of young upcoming bulls such as Willem's-Hoeve Woody, Weelder Esperanto & Double W Ranger.
