A big star: Rocca 3STAR Adna-Red
As part of the 3STAR Breeding Program Ups K&L Adeena RDC was flushed as a heifer with the R&W top type sire Mr Blondin Warrior-Red. This resulted in the birth of three full sisters, including the yearling Rocca 3STAR Adna-Red. She was recently flushed with sexed semen of STGen Doral-Red and those embryos are sold already to Germany and Switzerland.
Rocca 3STAR Adna-Red is jointly owned by the Belgium Roccafarm Holsteins (Ivo Hulsbosch) and GenHotel. After the genomic test results of this R&W 'Adeen' came in it was clear she will follow in her granddams footsteps. HC Archrival Arianne VG-89 is namely the former number 1 PTAT in Europe and knows how to pass on this easily to future generations. Rocca 3STAR Adna-Red knows how to hold on to the standards of this branch, because her current conformation indexes are fabulous: +3.47 gPTAT, +2.44 UDC and +2.29 F&L. Her skyhigh gPTAT even makes her the number 2 gPTAT Red female in Europe at the moment!
Partly due to the strong breeding power and the huge conformation indexes, that descendants of MS Kingstead Chief Adeen EX-94 show, this line is very popular and is no longer missing from the European elite auctions!
