Alsgaard 3STAR Molly Red scores 160 gRZG!
In celebration of reaching 5,000 followers on Instagram, GenHotel held a special giveaway at the end of 2023. Participants had the chance to win two embryos from the 3STAR Embryoprogram by guessing the gRZG score of Alsgaard 3STAR Molly Red, which was born at Alsgards Lantbruk. Followers were required to guess the correct gRZG score of the newborn Molly, and over 90 Instagram followers participated. Only two people were able to guess the correct score of an incredable 160 gRZG, and the two embryos were raffled off among these winners. The lucky winner of the giveaway was Eike Behrends from Germany. Congratulations to him!
Molly Red is one of the first and one of the few red Boero RF daughters. She hails from the Gold-N-Oaks S Marbella/Gold-N-Oaks Morty Malibu cow family and has an impressive gRZG score of 160. This score makes her definitly one of the highest daughters in Europe from this Italian sire of sons. She also has top indexes for kilograms of milk and components, with additional good health traits including a gRZN of 121 and a gRZE of 124. Her dam, Mariska RDC (Ranger-Red x Magnolia GP-84), will calve for the first time at the end of the month, and has several full brothers at Semex - 3STAR OH Mancave RC, 3STAR OH McRanger RDC, and 3STAR OH Magarun RDC.
We are still waiting for Alsgaard 3STAR Molly Red's gTPI results, which are expected soon. Fingers crossed!
