Among the offer is the 157 gRZG-tested HLB 3STAR Rosanna Red (lot 17), a daughter of the promising bull Handout P. Her lineage includes the renowned American Golden-Oaks Mark Prudence EX-95 family, which has significantly influenced the global Holstein population in recent years, particularly through Lakeside Ups Red Range VG-86 (third dam). With the RZG Single Step index set for April 2025, Rosanna Red is projected to achieve a score of 158 gRZG and a value of 2848 RZ€, with 128 gRZE and 134 gRZN. Notably, Rosanna's maternal-sister was sold for €9,000 during the Highlight Sale in January, demonstrating the ongoing potential of this highly sought-after red line!
Granddam lot 17: 3STAR OH Red Rose VG-85
Based on the Single Step index, 3STAR OH Merci Red (lot 18) is an appealing purchase, with a score of 160 gRZG and 3101 gRZ€. Currently, it boasts a gRZG score of 154. Merci Red, a daughter of the sire of sons Handout P Red, is noted for producing a significant amount of milk with excellent components, strong health traits, and top-notch conformation. The cow family behind this red heifer calf is Maybelline Tual/Mabel. Her dam, 3STAR OH Mientje RDC (Rammstein Red), has recently produced the number 3 ranked heifer for gNVI!
A 3STAR OH Shield RC's daughter, 3STAR RM Martie RDC, is the highest gTPI heifer calf available, with a score of 3123 gTPI. She also boasts a solid 154 gRZG, producing ample milk and outstanding components. The granddam of this lot, 3, is the multiple bull dam Tirsvad K&L Riveting Magnolia, who has produced sons such as 3STAR OH Megarun RC, De Oosterhof 3STAR Megastar, and Holbra 3STAR Cojack!
For conformation lovers, we present lot 2 3STAR Laurentien Red (Brandy P x VG-86 Ranger Red). This very striking heifer has huge potential and hails from the Larcrest Crimson EX-94 line, backed by Larcrest Juror Chanel EX-93. Her freshly calved dam, who scored VG-86, will also be for sale and sells as lot 1!
