Polled is getting more important in de Holstein industry. High genomic tested Polled animals, male and female, sell for huge prices. So it is very attractive to invest in animals that are Polled.
At the K&L Selection Sale several Polled animals will sell. Earlier we mentioned lot number 2 (VanHolland Shakira 3*PP-Red = sold), and lot number 12 (Willems Hoeve Marcia*P*RC). Lotnumber 9 (Willsbro Ladd Redrose*P*Red) is also Polled, next week more about her. Now attention for lotnumber 6 (Lis-Leck Marlene*P) and lotnumber 14 (Pearl*P).

The family behind Lis-Leck Marlene*P may not be as familiar as some other families, but that does not make her less interesting. She stems out of a very deep cowfamilie: Parker P x Bowser x VG-88 Goldwyn x EX-91 Juror Ford x VG-85 Metro x VG-88 Geoffry x EX-90 Aerostar x VG-86 Elevation Very x VG-87 x VG-88. The Goldwyn grand dam of Marlene*P is a full sister to the bull Goldboy.
Lis-Leck Marlene*P is a Polled Paker P daughter and she has a gRZG of +141. She has high genomics for type, protein and very good health traits. Marlene*P sells with a total embryocontract value of € 21.750,-

Straight from the El-Dor Saber Pansy EX-95 family stems Pearl*P, a Polled Parker P daughter of RR Pirella VG-85. Pirella is a Stol Joc daughter out of Philadelphia VG-86, a full sister to RR Polly, the dam of Vekis Phantastic VG-87 (s. Xacobeo). One more generation further we find the very popular Durham daughter Prinzessen VG-86 (Durham x Formation x Starbuck x El-Dor Saber Pansy EX-95). Saber Pansy is also the dam of Lylehaven Skychief Philo EX-93.
Pearl*P has a gRZG of +140 and is one of the highest Polled animals on RZG base. She has a slightly differed pedigree (Parker P x Stol Joc x Laudan x Durham) compared to other Polled animals and she is Lawn Boy and Mitey P free. Pearl*P sells with a total embryocontract value of € 14.900,-.gif)
