Impressive offer at the upcoming Roccafarm Sale!
The Belgian Roccafarm is celebrating its 25th anniversary with a special event: the Roccafarm Sale. This auction will take place from 7 to 9 August and will be held online via FarmersBid.com. Breeder Ivo Hulsbosch has carefully selected 46 lots for this auction, which include animals from influential cow families, showcasing the breeding successes over those 25 years.
Roccafarm will offer 46 lots from well-known cow families such as Regancrest-PR Barbie, MS Kingstead Chief Adeen, Des-Y-Gen Planet Silk, KHW Goldwyn Aiko RC, Markwell Bstar E Raven, and Rapid Bay Whistlers Rumour. The selection includes animals with great genetics, such as those with up to +3.23 PTAT, top Red Holsteins up to 2892 gTPI, and several polled heifers and milkers. There are also some Jerseys for sale.
For instance, one of the top offers is lot 20 - Roccafarm 3STAR Augusta P Red, a Drouner K&L Augustus P Red daughter. Not only she is polled, but both gTPI and gLPI profiles show great features. Her dam is an early VG-85 classified Doral-Red, directly out of Roccafarm & GenHotel's beautiful Adna Red VG-89 (by Warrior-Red). Several heifers from this branch, each with great conformation, will be auctioned.

The Roccafarm Sale offers more than 25 milkers, most of which are classified, including beautiful VG or EX scored cows. For example, lot 34 a VG-89 Doorman daughter with EX-90 udder. This third calver produces high of fat and protein and comes from the well-known Regancrest-PR Barbie EX-92 family. Her dam is the famous show cow Rocca-DG Bremase VG-87 (by Secretariat).

Lot 40 is from the renowned Des-Y-Gen Planet Silk RDC EX-90 family. This heifer calf, Sassilea Red, is sired by Stgen RC Redlea RDC and has impressive genetic traits with 2892 gTPI and 3593 gLPI. Notably, Sassilea Red offers a pedigree with 14 generations of VG/EX, in row!
