The American sire, OCD Trooper Sheepster, introduces a refreshing sire track to the Holstein population with his lineage: Trooper x Acura x Resolve. His first European daughters were born around early 2024 and exhibit the impressive gTPI that Sheepster inherits. This includes his daughter, 3STAR OH Magiostar, who is set to be offered at the HighlightSale this Friday with an outstanding gTPI of 3119.
Magiostar, listed as lot 35, is a granddaughter of the esteemed bull dam, Tirsvad K&L Riveting Magnolia GP-84. This family includes well-known names like MS Gold-N-Oaks Maybaline VG-88 and her dam, Gold-N-Oaks S Marbella VG-89. Female descendants from this North American cow family have significantly contributed to the 3STAR BreedingProgram for four generations now, producing numerous notable bulls and high-quality female offspring. Magiostar's dam, 3STAR Magnio RDC (by Ranger Red), has been extensively flushed, resulting in nearly 40 offspring from various matings. She is expected to calve for the first time this month. Three of Magnio's full brothers have been sent to Semex, while another seven maternal-brothers were acquired by different international AI companies.
