The Mina family at Abtshoeve Holsteins

The classifier visited Abtshoeve Holsteins last week with very good results. Several 2-yr olds out of their homebred Mina family where classified VG. Most important cow of the Mina family is undoubtedly O Man daughter Abtshoeve Mina 511.

Abtshoeve Mina 511
Mina 511 is a VG-88 classified O Man daughter and one of the most important broodcows of this family. She has a Billion son (Bokko) in Germany that still scores +129 RZG. Bokko had a progenygroup at the WEU-Konvent in 2013. Pedigree Mina 511: O Man x VG-85 Manat x VG-86 Ronald x VG-85 Jabot x VG-85 Ugela Bell.

Daughters Mina 511
Mina 511 has daughters by Fortune, Baxter, Million, Alexander, Fire, Goldwyn and Bolton who are classified with at least VG-86. Very special is her Bolton daughter Abtshoeve Marloes VG-86. She still scores +2067 GTPI and is the #6 Bolton daughter in Europe (from 462 tested Boltons). Marloes was a very interesting bulldam for AI's all over Europe, just like her half-sisters.

Granddaughters Mina 511
Meanwhile the next generation of the Mina family has arrived. Last week 5 granddaughters of Mina 511 are classified with VG-85 or higher. See table below.
One of the most interesting heifers is Abtshoeve Marloes 5985 VG-85. She is a +2165 GTPI Trigger daughter of Abtshoeve Marloes (Bolton x Mina 511). She has two Galaxy daughters and her Numero Uno half-sister scores +2343 GTPI.
