With the VOST Select Sale 12 set to take place in just two weeks, today we would like to introduce you to one of the selling heifers, 3STAR OH Magda RDC. This Sheepster daughter brings an interesting profile with 3093 gTPI, 870 gPLI and 319 gNVI! She will be offered as lot 7 on Friday evening, November 29.
The cow family behind this heifer calf has a strong reputation worldwide, partly due to the production of numerous bull dams. For example, Magda RDC's granddam, Tirsvad K&L Riveting Magnolia GP-84, she is the dam of at least 10 bulls that have been stationed at various AIs. Examples include De Oosterhof 3STAR Megastar, Holbra 3STAR Cojack, 3STAR OH Funaki and 3STAR OH Megarun RC. The next dam, Mistral EX-91, has also distributed sons across Europe, who have been used as sire of sons. One of these sons is Tirsvad Predar, the high ranking proven sire in Germany.
Apart from Magda's total indexes, her fat and protein levels are high in all systems, she tests high for her health traits and she has flawless conformation!
